At EnPhysage we cherish our fabulous and tranquil environment that will allow you to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Treatment Times and Arrival
We recommend you arrive at Reception 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow you to fully enjoy your EnPhysage's "fabulous" experience, absorb the ambience, complete a consultation card and relax with a refreshment prior to treatment.
EnPhysage strives to maintain a prompt appointment service, if for any reason you are running late, please notify EnPhysage as soon as possible so we can make suitable arrangements to ensure punctuality.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent/guardian while they on EnPhysage's premises.
Cancellations
Please note that we do follow a strict cancellation policy within the salon. We require all clients to contact the salon at least 24 hours before appointment time or a charge of £25.00 will occur.
Gift Vouchers
Let EnPhysage help you tailor the perfect gift for your loved one, friend or family.
All gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase and must be shown prior to treatment being carried out.
Gift vouchers may be exchanged for an alternative EnPhysage treatments, but are NOT redeemable for cash.
Treatment Suitability
Some treatments may not be suitable for pregnant clients or clients with certain medical conditions. Your health and overall well being is extremely important to us.
Therefore please advise us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or if you are undergoing medical treatment when making your booking. Although rare, written consent from your GP may be required prior to treatment.
Product Purchases
Due to the nature of DermaQuest, Youngblood and Sunescape products, we cannot offer refunds unless the item(s) are faulty and within 28 days of purchase.
(This excludes end of line stock - which is non-refundable).
Courses
Treatment courses are offered at preferential rates. We therefore ask that all courses are paid for in advance of treatment (unless otherwise stated) and are non-refundable. Please do not hesitate to ask for more details relating to course terms and conditions.
